[Closed] Help with Custom Graphic User Interface

Hi everybody

In rigging Sometime i saw a window with lots of buttons which selecting one,it select an object in the scene i think it known as (Custom Graphic User Interface) [ http://vimeo.com/46159550 ]
and with this exact name(Custom Graphic User Interface) in Scriptspot.
Would anyone help me where to begin to write this, i mean what should i search in maxscript or any simple script to begin to achieve this
