Maybe you saw blur’s Firestorm for max3 and DustDevil working together…I did and I don’t know why Firestorm development stops in Max 3…
A recompilation of Firestorm or a similar plugin to join DustDevil free plugin power will be from my point of view a great help for free 3d artist.
A similar plugin out There???

The only other option would be a plugin called freepyro from cebas – I’m not sure what version of max the compiled it up to but it was very good…
