[Closed] FBX export issue in 2013?

Using default fbx export settings:
in max 2011, I can export my biped scene with no issues.
in max 2013, when I load the same scene, and use the same exact selection process, i get this response:
The plug-in has detected one or more animation controllers that cannot be directly supported. Using the Bake Animation option may better address these limitations. The following nodes are affected:
-Bip01
-Bip01 Footsteps
-Bip01 Pelvis
-Bip01 Spine
-Bip01 L Thigh
-Bip01 L Calf
-Bip01 L Foot
-Bip01 L Toe0
-Bip01 L Toe0Nub
etc.
etc.
This seems to be true of a standard FBX export ( not just collada ) as well.
Anyone else run into this?
