[Closed] Dual screen viewport setup

I was wondering if there is anyway to move some of the view ports to the second screen. i like to work on one viewport on the main screen and it would be good to haev the other 3 viewports on the second screen and when swapping to one of them it moves to the main screen and the on in the main screen takes it place on the other screen

I dont think this can be done .

I agree with Dmaxer.

There’s another problem on maxs’ side also. If you run 3dsmax onto the 2nd screen, you gonna feature problems if panning in the perspective viewport. A totally wrong panning operation is the result. The objects are not panned by the amount of x/y direction given by the mouse movement, but panned by an undefined high value. In order to get your scene displayed correctly again, you’ll have to zoom back to the extends of the scene.

i was sure it couldnot be done too, just was makign sure.

thanks for your replies though
