[Closed] Cut using ireggular shaped 4 point plane?

The default max slice or cut tool are a little too limiting for what im after.
Is there a way to cut a poly or edge using a plane(with 4 points)?

So basically where 2 planes intersect id like to make a cut.

can anyone point me in the direction for some maths that would help me achive his?
