I need a little script, that unloads a certain Plugin, after starting max.
Max shall load the plugin after start but after the viewport appears, the certain plugin shall be unloaded.
Can anyone help me please? I dont know Maxscript but I need this little script (in the startup folder)

why do you think it’s easy?
First, it’s hard to unload a loaded max plug-in. Second, there is no way to do it using maxscript only. Third, there are some plug-ins which can’t be unloaded at all without crashing MAX.
my suggestion to you – look for a workaround.
hmm…allright…thought some litlle code would do the job but but if not, ill look for a workaround.

i don’t know what plug-in are you talking about. if it’s some scripted plug-in there might be a way to override it on the fly and replace it with empty one.
