[Closed] Create in-between boxes

Is there a way to create create in-between boxes between two boxes like in the attached image, the gap between them is always 0 . And when I move one of the corner boxes the whole thing to update(the number of boxes, the sizes).Also if I save the scene, restart max, and open the scene again I want to be able to move the boxes and the update to take place.
