[Closed] Concept Max2Mercurial

Hi,

this is a working concept for commiting 3dsmax Files to Mercurial.

[ul]
[li]add File:[/li]
[li]As usual, you save the file to a Mercurial folder[/li][li]with add First Time you can add & commit the File to Mercurial[/li][/ul]
[li]new Version[/li][ul]
[li]save your changed file[/li][li]with commit File you can commit the changed file to Mercurial[/li][/ul]
Mercurial beginners, like me: I would recommend TortoiseHG. A MercurialGUI for Windows. The last version comes with mercurial. Perfect for a test drive

Base for commit File

     HiddenDosCommand "hg commit -m \"message from 3dsmax\" Teapot.max" startpath:"c:\	est\\"

Lastly, Max2Mercurial is not production proven.
