[Closed] Change default Mouse Wheel behavior

I’m trying to make a script that will switch between the different modifiers in my object by holding Ctrl+Shift (or another similar combination) and rolling the Mouse Wheel up and down. I’m not a coder, but I’ve done a few scripts before, mostly by copy/pasting code. I’ve done plenty of research trying to find the function that will let me register the mouse wheel action, but I’ve found absolutely nothing. It should be posible, considering there are scripts like this one, but I have no clue where to even begin.
