I’m looking for a script that breaks objects into fragments, I had it before but lost it in a reformat of my hard drive. Can’t remember the name either. Please help!
Possibly fracture by allan mckay. Also in the maxscript challenge section there was a challenge to make scripts that break objects.

You don’t – the pieces should line up perfectly so there shouldnt really be one.
Tried it already and there were seams created… The script is called quick frag right?
hi, I also did a fracturing script back then, it might also help. It is called Object Slicer @ www.scriptspot.com
(note on using the script, once you’ve selected an object to slice, you could press the Fracture button multiple times until you get a good looking fracture)
…and a tutorial of how to use fragmented objects with pflow which might also help.
