Hi all … sorry it looks a really stupid quiz
but what (
) and ( this. ) dose i couldn’t find really good explanation in MAX help :banghead: .
i’ll appreciate an explanation. :bowdown:

” adds a newline character.
“\r” ads a carriage return character
“
” thus adds a cr/fl set of characters; like pressing the enter key to end a line when editing a text file

this, and explanations of ” “, “\x”, etc. can be found in the topic “String Literals” of your MaxScript documentation.
