I need to submit multiple shots but I do not want to submit every single one and write it name and press connect and then submit like 3ds max statesets do.
Also is there any good render manger that is free or cheap ,stable and easy with max, no fancy features

Take a look at NetRender interface in maxscript. Or if you want to submit a job outside of 3dsmax, use 3dsmaxcmd.exe and Command Line Rendering.
