[Closed] Autogrid pickPoint?

Hi… I´m trying to make a script that initiates by picking a point in the viewpoint and returning a vector just like the autogrid option works for a say new box. The pickPoint dosn´t seem to support this… I could of course make a box and delete it at once, but is there a “clean” way of doing this that I have overseen? Thx in advice
