Mdahl, When you say “I learned what I know was to not search scriptspot when I had an idea for a script” then I have to admit I am guilty. It’s a consequence resulting from lacq of time and interest @ the time. I only learn what I need at the time I need it so as to keep me going without spending too much time in one go to learn new stuff, but I do realise for some things this is just not possible. Maxscript will be one of those things I guess. But well I already started digging, and with the tips and samples from the forum i am already learning a great deal. The script example was like a jumpstart, thanks a lot for that guys !! I really want too learn this, hope to be able to post a litlle sample cript of my own soon.
