Just add additional rollout clauses to your utility definition

The “rolloutCreator” function allows you to dynamically create rollouts. It is covered in the MaxScript reference.

hey thanks guys

“Just add additional rollout clauses to your utility definition”

i wish i could could properly, the only thing i am not sure how i refference the rollouts i.e. apply a file name refference code, or do i apply the code for the other rollouts i have created into one giant script?

Rollout creator sounds wonderful, is that in version 6 of max?

Not sure. I’m in version 7, and my docs don’t say anything about it being a new feature. It should be there.

In version 8 of 3dsmax, I can search for ‘Utility Clauses’ to get an example of multiple rollouts. There is also a section titled “Managing Multiple Rollouts in a Scripted Utility” that should help as well.

thanks guys, finally got my head around it which was wonderful.

Like to thank you both for helping me out!! Nice one fellas!
