[Closed] Accessing your toolbars through script?

I usually only mess with the UI once a year or less when migrating to a new version, so I am not an expert by any means in the realm of it. I am trying to get a script that will essentiall recreate all the custom toolbars I have made in R7, in R8. I use the filein function to make buttons for many scripted tools. These don’t seem to tranfer properly in the UI (and it is not always advantageous to copy the R7 UI to R8). So can I see the toolbars that are in R7 and create a script that will recreate the specific ones I need?
