[Closed] [RESOLVED] Reveal Location in Explorer and highlight image

Is it possible with maxscript?

There’s a way to open containing folder of course but that’s not all. I want to highlight a specific image in the folder.

ShellLaunch “explorer.exe” (“/select, ” + path_to_file) should work

Can’t imagine scenario where anybody would use this over build-in command…

I’m making my own tools to have a quicker access to the object texture

For every image file you have to change/write new tool

why so? I’m using the same code for any image
